We will approve requests for Photo Retouching from XyloImage provided: (a) the retouching will not reflect poorly on us or our respected partners; (b) XyloImage has a clean record with us; (c) the enhanced visibility gained from the retouching balances the absence of our watermark; and (d) the Photo Retouching fits within the context of general visual enhancements.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
